My fitness career started with a BA (HMS) at Rhodes university, after spending most of my school career playing sport I decided that there was no better career for me. I spent 9 months after Rhodes working at Constantia Health and Racquet before heading to the UK to work in the leisure industry. When I returned to SA I worked for Lisa Kowen, first at Virgin Active and then at Body Excel at Groot Constantia
15 years later I took over the gym at Great Westerford under the brand of Fitnesss Connect Live. I have trained everyone from school children to professional athletes and your everyday person next door. My life is sport from my job to ultra marathon running and even a few SA National masters hockey caps.
